The founder of Impression Talent, Eric M., grew up around the fashion and acting industries of Los Angeles as a result of going to school nearby and having many close friends go on to become successful actors and models.

As a natural progression of his contacts in the industry and world travels, in 2005, Eric formed the first agency in South America owned by an American focused on training and matching talent with clients and mother agencies around the world.

From 2005 to 2010, Eric expanded his agency to from the USA, South America all the way to Israel. The agency focused in fashion, runway, photos, and print as well as operated a flourishing modeling school helping new faces become professional models.

In 2010, the agency expanded to include talent such as acting and dance.  Models started working in TV, reality shows and other related productions in addition to the traditional modeling.

In 2011, Eric was primarily focused on producing a feature movie in Los Angeles with a fantastic team. The movie was a success and opened many doors and contacts for aspiring models and actresses.

In 2012, as a result of the contacts made in the movie production industry and guidance from industry professionals, Eric decided to focus his efforts on a handful of models and helping them achieve the top tier of model and acting stardom.

Eric travels around the world, scouting the next top models as part of international modeling contests. Teamed with some of the top fashion and glamour photographers in the world in some of the most upscale and elegant locations, photos are taken, models are interviewed and the ones with the right look and style are matched with the top agencies to hopefully pursue a successful and profitable career.
